Tom Padgett wrote (Aug 25,2003):
He claims that now, but he didn't feel that way in 1995. Tom Padgett appealed that June 26, 1995 decision that above he claims was "final." He says he was merely the "'respondent' and 'defendant'" but he's leaving something out: Tom Padgett was the Petitioner and Laura the Respondent in the divorce petition Padgett filed in Lexington after Laura filed for divorce. Also, he neglects to tell the reader that he is the Appellant in the many appeals he filed, such as the one below. Tom Padgett says all litigation after the June 26, 1995 decision served no purpose but to Fair Game, That seems a likely reason he continued the ligitation at his own instigation by filing the following appeal.
