AND THOMAS CARTER PADGETT, RESPONDENT.
AND
IN RE: THE CUSTODY AND SUPPORT OF JULIE ELIZABETH PADGETT,
AND BEAU GRANVILLE PADGETT, MINOR CHILDREN.
ORDERS
This matter being presently before the Court pursuant
to the December 11, 1992, motions of the Petitioner and the court
having conducted a hearing regarding same on December 21, 1992,
at which the Petitioner and her counsel appeared and the Respon-
dent appeared without counsel, and the Court being sufficiently
advised,
IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. The matter relating to any child support arrearage
is continued until after the month of December, 1992, is complete
in order that the Petitioner can see whether she receives the
entire $1,123.43 in child support due her for the month of
December, 1992, which payments are now being made through a wage
assignment with the Respondent's employer;
2. Since the filing of the Petitioner's motion the
Respondent has furnished the Petitioner certain financial records
for the years 1988, 1989 and 1990, which records had not been
reviewed by the Petitioner's counsel at the time of hearing and,
therefore, said motion is continued until such time as the

petitioner's counsel has the opportunity to review said records
in order to determine if the Respondent has fully complied with
the Court's orders that he produce all of said financial records;
3. The Respondent was again ordered to sign a W-9 form
at Liberty National Bank of Madisonville for the certificate of
deposit held by said Bank, and the Court Bailiff having escorted
the Respondent to said Bank where he again refused to sign said
W-9 form and the Bailiff having returned the Respondent, together
with the unsigned W-9 form to the Court at chambers where the
Court found the Respondent to be in contempt and ordered that he
be incarcerated in the Hopkins County Jail, at which time the
Respondent then agreed to sign and did sign said W-9 form, thus
purging himself of this Court's contempt, said matter is now
concluded;
4. The Respondent shall have within ten (10) days from
December 21, 1992, to fully answer the interrogatories propounded
him by the Petitioner and to produce all requested documents,
including all such documents which have been accumulated to the
time the Respondent responded to the Petitioner's requests for
production;
5. The Respondent shall appear in Madisonville,
Kentucky, at the offices of Michael D. Hallyburton during the
months of January or February, 1993, to be deposed, seven (7)
days prior to which he shall produce to Michael D. Hallyburton at
said attorney's office those items identified in the Petitioner's
motion of December 11, 1992, i.e. his cancelled checks, check
stubs, contracts entered, sales receipts, receipts of purchase,

records of bank accounts, records of loans made by him or to him,
payroll records and evidence of monies received by him from
August 1, 1991, to the time of said production;
6. Counsel for the parties shall arrange a date in the
month of January, 1993, or February, 1993, for the taking of the
Respondent's deposition.
