This manual is basically the same as the 2011 version. However, it includes significant revisions made to the 64 bit versions (Linux and Mac) in 2013-2017 and 2019-2021, 2023.
None of those features are available in the Windows version from 2011, which is basically obsolete now. If you are using Windows, read about the
good news from Bogdan Radu. Also, none of the revisions apply to the old 32 bit versions of Linux and Mac. They are obsolete.
