5:38 a.m.
I think tomorrow I will walk to work.
It's only 5.5 miles
and by my calculations
the time it takes to walk
is not a matter of efficiency.
When everyone else has gone underground
to avoid the radiation from some stupid war,
I will walk the still earth
and greet the morning sun.
