Nobody can say who these cousins are. Ira and I (Ira is Leah Devora's grandson and my husband) spent an afternoon with Suss Lehman, a daughter of Leah Devora's. She got us this far. These photos were in Ira's mother's(Esther, daughter of Leah Devorah) collection. She just recently passed. It's a pity because she knew everybody in the family!
I made contact with Mary Blumenstein in Australia. Her husband is the relation and the first names are similar and she is the only Blumenstein in Austrailia! Could some Blumensteins have gone to America and some to Israel and some to Australia? Mary will be the one to say if any of these faces are familiar.
We visited the daughters of Annie Blumenstein Friedman, Feigie Barchas and Ettie Smith. They were able to identify most of the remaining people in the photos.
