Identification Day

* Saturday, June 13
* 12:30-3:30 pm
* Milstein Hall of Ocean Life, first floor
* Free with museum admission
* Proudly sponsored by the Paul and Irma Milstein Family with
additional support from Ruth A. Unterberg

Bring your shells, rocks, insects, feathers, bones, and artifacts to our annual Identification Day!
Museum scientists will attempt to identify your mysterious garage-sale finds,
curios from the basement, exotic souvenirs, and flea-market discoveries.
Also, in conjunction with the new exhibition /Extreme Mammals/,
artifacts and specimens from the Museum's collections will be on display.
Comic book artists *Larry Hama*, *Paolo Rivera*, and *Phil Jimenez* (Marvel)
will demonstrate how translating mammalian traits into Superhero powers
created Wolverine, Beast, and other comic characters.

*Note:* No appraisals will be given, and gemstones will not be identified.

*Click here* for more information on Identification Day.

Friends, Students, Family
are all invited to explore in tandem.
Learn together!

Meet people!
Explore, talk and think.

If there is time we can explore together informally!!!
