It's sunset at the water hole of Okaukuejo at Etosha Game Park, in the north of Namibia. Elephant after elephant arrives to swim, spray themselves with their trunks, cool off, scratch their bums against the trees, and play. By the end of this evening, we'd seen close to 100 elephants in the water. It was spectacular. I had no idea they could do the backstroke.
